TRADE TERMS
Order
The order processing will start when it’s confirmed. The min order quantity for most of the items is 10 units. The min order quantity can vary for some items.
Price
All product prices are FOB and shipping will be extra.
Payment
After order confirmation the invoice will be settled in full.
Payment Options
Bank transfer to Pakistan: 50% advance and 50% before shipping
Dispatch
Normally, it takes 15 days to ship but can vary as per the product and quantity of the order. Dispatch date is always confirmed after the payment is received.
Insurance
Insurance is optional on trade orders and it will be calculated on the invoice.
Shipping Options
1- Pakistan Post (EMS), Tracking available and delivery in 12-18 working days
2- Air Freight: Tracking available and self receiving 4-6 working days
3- Courier (MEC, DHL or FEDEX ), Tracking available and delivery in 3-4 working days
4- Sea Freight
Damaged or Missing items in Transit
All of our shipments are comprehensively insured so we can enjoy risk free trade. If the product damaged/missing item in transit either by carrier or customs. All we need is the picture of the damaged product and the replacement will sent right away after receiving insurance claim.
